RESERVATION CONDITIONS

ORDER
As we work with fresh products, in order to ensure the proper functioning of the service, we need to have your order 24 hours in advance (a list with chosen starters, dishes and desserts). For last minute reservations, send the list before 6 pm on the same day. 

PAYMENT
Partial guarantee payment in advance. Full payment also possible at the client's request.
Reservations of 8 people and less: 64€ (corresponds to 2 menus).
Reservations of 9 to 16 people: 128€ (corresponds to 4 menus).
Reservations of 17 to 22 people: 192€ (corresponds to 6 menus).

PAYMENT METHODS
Partial guarantee payment (remote): bank transfer or card (secure online payment link).
In the restaurant: card (Visa and Mastercard) or cash.

CANCELLATION
Advance payment is refundable in case of cancellation at least 7 days before (8 pm).
Advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation less than 7 days before (8 pm), in case of reservation made within 7 days, or in case of no-show (delay time allowed 15 minutes).

MODIFICATION
Limited modification within 7 days and less than 24 hours before: +/- 2 people.
If there are 3 or more people who do not show up or cancel during this period, the cancellation fee will apply (=advance payment).
 Restaurant authorization required.

TABLE AND TIME
Depending on availability and as agreed, the table will be on the covered terrace, the open-air terrace or in the indoor dining room. 
The time allocated for a group table is 1h45min. Any delay in arrival will reduce the remaining time.
